One thing worth saying about these
A good number of these reviews describe us finding someone a tenant — marketing the unit, showing it, and putting a person in it. We no longer do the first two. Advertising a vacancy and standing in a property with a prospect genuinely benefit from someone being there, and that part of the job stays with you or an agent of your choosing.
What we do still handle is everything behind it: the application, the screening, the credit and eviction history checks, and the lease itself. That work is now its own package at $499 rather than part of the monthly fee, so if a review here describes how thoroughly a tenant was vetted, that is current — it just has a price on it now. If it describes Hamid meeting someone at the property on a Saturday, that is history.
We have left them exactly as written rather than quietly filtering them out — we would rather you heard the distinction from us than worked it out later.
